Ceratti is the most traditional mortadella of the most traditional sandwiches in São Paulo. On the city's anniversary, we presented São Paulo with a legacy: listing Mortadela Sandwich as a Cultural Heritage.
After a long and deep research about Ceratti history, we submitted a paper to CONDEPHAAT. Then a movement started on streets, social media and our main market: Mercadão de São Paulo.
